Another traditional style sampler which is suitable for stitchers of all levels of experience, including the novice stitcher. The design features a complete alphabet together with traditionally used motifs of flowers, animals and grapes surrounding a verse typical of many historical samplers:

The finished sampler incorporates the initials of the stitcher and the year of completion.
