  • Ordering from Aion Designs, using a credit or debit card for payment, is very easy and secure using our PayPal shopping cart facility - simply click on the appropriate Add To Cart image (UK, EU or International customer) next to the item you wish to purchase to add it to your shopping cart.

    You do not need a PayPal account to purchase goods online.

    Click on a View Cart image at any time to see the current contents of your shopping cart and the total amount of your purchases. You can change quantities, remove items, or continue shopping and add further items at this stage before proceeding to checkout.

    Please note that all prices include postage and handling costs. Nothing will be added to your cart total during the transaction later, the total shown in your cart prior to checkout is all that you will pay.

    Amounts are in UK Pounds Sterling, but you do not need a Sterling bank or credit card account to make a purchase.

    Payment may be made using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta and Visa Electron.

  • If you do not have a PayPal account simply click on Checkout button then on the link following the text "Do not have a PayPal account?" to proceed to a regular credit card payment screen. You do not have to sign up for a PayPal account to use their payment gateway and no extra charge is made for your use of their service.

  • If you do have a PayPal account you can login to your account to complete the transaction.

  • When the transaction is completed PayPal will send you an email confirmation of your payment which will include our email address, should you wish to contact us.

  • Please be sure to enter a valid email address on your order; we will use this to notify you when the goods have been dispatched and in the event of any query.

  • If you have any queries regarding the processing of your credit card payment you should contact PayPal as we play no part in the handling of your card payments.

  • Security of information and financial regulation of PayPal (Europe): For your protection PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
    PayPal (Europe) is regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom as an electronic money institution.

Postage & Packing:

  • All postage, packing and handling charges are included in the price of all our chart packs and products as shown beside each product and on our pricelist. Postage to UK addresses is free. Prices for delivery to European (EU) countries and other international destinations are slightly more expensive in order to cover the additional costs of airmail postage. The price you see on any page is the price you pay - there are no hidden charges or extras added to your shopping cart during checkout.

confirmation email:

  • On receipt of the correct payment all customers will be sent an email to acknowledge safe receipt of their PayPal order, to confirm when goods will be sent out and the address to which they will be sent. This email is normally sent within 24 hours but please allow up to 10 days during summer/Christmas holiday periods (when we may be away).

  • If you do not receive an email from us within 10 days of placing your order please contact us, in case the PayPal notification email failed to reach us for any reason.

Dispatch of goods:

  • All orders are normally mailed the next working day to ensure quick delivery. Your confirmation email will tell you when your order was (or will be) actually posted.

  • Orders sent to addresses outside the UK are sent by airmail. Delivery times vary, typically taking 5-10 working days to most destinations, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery, especially over the Christmas/New Year period when delivery times are erratic. Once the goods are mailed out the speed of delivery is in the hands of the relevant international postal services and beyond our control.

  • Do please contact us in the first instance if there is a problem with delivery; we will do our utmost to resolve any problems to your satisfaction.

undeliverable mail:

  • Orders returned as undeliverable by the postal services because of customer error can be re-sent once we have the correct address. However, customers will be required to pay for the additional postage/airmail costs incurred by this before the order is sent out a second time. If, in the unlikely event the error proves to be ours then no further postage will be requested.

returns policy:

  • If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service we will do our utmost to resolve the problem to your complete satisfaction. Please contact us in the first instance by email regarding any problems you may have.

  • All items should reach you in good condition. In the unlikely event of an item being faulty, or is not what you ordered then we will happily discuss a replacement, an alternative, or a refund.

  • If the item is not faulty and is what you actually ordered, then we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund.

  • For copyright reasons please note that chart packs that have been opened may not be returned or exchanged.

  • Please contact us before returning any items as we will not accept unauthorized returns.

  • Refunds will be issued in the amount of merchandise only.

  • Postage costs are not reimbursed for exchanges or returns.

  • Please note that we do not have a printed catalogue to mail out - this helps to keep prices to our customers as low as possible. We do, however, have an electronic catalogue available for download which you can browse through at your leisure and print out if required.
