Ordering By Post ~ Information

If you would like to place an order and do not wish to order online using PayPal you can send your order by post.

Please complete and print out the appropriate order form below and send, together with your payment, to the address shown on the form:

Important: please ensure you select the correct price from either the UK, EU or International customers column as the latter two include the added cost of posting chart packs abroad by airmail.

Any errors or shortfalls in payment will significantly delay the processing and sending of your order.

Prices currently shown on our website supercede all previously published prices.

Please provide a valid email address on the order form in case of any problems or queries.

Postage & Packing:

• All postage, packing and handling charges are included in the price of all our products as shown beside each item and on our pricelist.
  The price you see is the price you pay.

terms and methods of payment:

• Please note: we cannot accept credit or debit card transactions for orders placed by post.

• UK customers may send payment by cheque drawn on a UK bank, made payable to: "C.A.Martin"
  Postal Orders, or cash can also be accepted (at sender's risk).
  No responsibility will be taken for payments lost in the post, please retain all counterfoils and cheque stubs until you have received your order.

• European and International customers may send payment by International money order or bankers draft (payable in UK Pounds Sterling only). Your bank may make an additional charge for providing this service. Personal cheques can only be accepted if these are drawn on a UK bank account and made out to "C.A.Martin".
  
  Very Important:
  Money orders, cheques and drafts must be payable in UK Pounds Sterling and made out to "C.A.Martin".
  Please note that no responsibility will be taken if these two conditions are not met and that we will not be able to accept your order or compensate you for any fees or losses you may have incurred as a result of failing to meet our stated terms.

Dispatch of goods:

• All orders are normally mailed the next working day to ensure quick delivery.
  

• Orders sent to addresses outside the UK are sent by airmail. Delivery times vary, typically taking 5-10 working days to most destinations, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Once the goods are mailed out the speed of delivery is in the hands of the relevant international postal services and beyond our control.

• Do please contact us in the first instance if there is a problem with delivery; we will do our utmost to resolve any problems to your satisfaction.

returns policy:

• If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service we will do our utmost to resolve the problem to your complete satisfaction. Please contact us in the first instance by email regarding any problems you may have.

• All items should reach you in good condition. In the unlikely event of an item being faulty, or is not what you ordered then we will happily discuss a replacement, an alternative, or a refund.

• If the item is not faulty and is what you actually ordered, then we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund.

• For copyright reasons please note that chart packs that have been opened may not be returned or exchanged.

• Please contact us before returning any items as we will not accept unauthorized returns.

• Refunds will be issued in the amount of merchandise only.

• Postage costs are not reimbursed for exchanges or returns.
